 Proceeds from the benefit will support K-12 programs at libraries system-wide and help meet the goals of The Friends of the Minneapolis Public Library and the Library Foundation of Hennepin County this year. As the support organizations for 41 public libraries in Hennepin County, our combined efforts enrich the experience of every library patron in the county by:
- Hosting excellent cultural programs and events - most are free and open to the public;
- Sponsoring essential services for K-12 students, adult learners, immigrant communities, senior citizens, and entrepreneurs;
- Offering used books for sale from public donations or library discards;
- Raising much-needed funds to meet the diverse needs of all Hennepin County residents;
- And much more!
